ONLINE CHRISTIAN-BASED THERAPY IN PLYMOUTH, MA & ACROSS MA & CA
Reconnect with God in the midst of your struggles.
Embracing your faith, beliefs, and values on your personal healing journey.
“I’m having such a hard time forgiving myself.”
“I need God’s guidance.”
“I feel judged by the people at my church.”
“I want to trust in God’s plan, but I’m overwhelmed and stressed out.”
You long to feel the peace you know God can offer.
There could be things in your life that feel too overwhelming to manage alone anymore—anxiety, financial hardship, loss, health challenges, or pressures from society to live your life a certain way. It’s difficult trying to find your voice through the noise of the world and the messages that surround you. Sometimes you can’t quite put a finger on exactly what you’re feeling, but you know that it’s affecting your life at home, work, and even your relationship with your church community.
As much as you desire to trust God and His plan, you’re realizing you may need extra help to figure out what that plan looks like. Through faith-based therapy, we can find the answers together.
Sometimes putting your trust in God means allowing other people to help you.
How it works
I recognize the impact and importance of faith in times of joy and in times of struggle. As a therapist with a Christian background myself, I’m here to offer you a space that prioritizes what you believe and God’s role in your healing journey. Here, we’ll focus on every part of you—your spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
To begin, we’ll discuss your personal and faith background, along with your current struggles and past therapy experiences. Together, we’ll set clear goals for therapy that integrate your faith and mental health. As we design a personalized plan that aligns with your goals, we’ll incorporate Christian principles and set specific milestones to track your progress.
You might receive a little bit of homework, too. This can include simple tasks like meditating on Bible verses, practicing regular prayer, journaling your thoughts, or listening to Christian podcasts. These are all designed to support your growth between sessions.
Looking at therapy through a lens of faith can be a powerful experience. No matter how dark, lonely, strange, or confused you feel, there is still a peace that surpasses all understanding. And I’m here to help you find it.

Your therapy experience is going to be tailored to you—based on what you’re struggling with and what kind of action plan we decide together. Sessions might include:
Opening Prayer: We might start with a prayer to invite God’s presence.
Scripture Reading: Relevant Bible verses may be shared to provide spiritual guidance.
Therapeutic Techniques: I’ll use evidence-based methods like CBT, blended with biblical principles.
