Find a deeper connection with yourself and the people you care about.
Therapy for relationships that explores, uncovers, & empowers.
You might be here because everyone else seems to be your top priority…
The last thing you ever want to do is create conflict or make things worse. You’re always the one that people run to—the peacemaker. As glad as you are that people feel they can rely on you, it’s gotten to the point where you struggle to say “no” and are realizing you’re putting others’ needs ahead of your own. When you’re honest with yourself, the resentment is building and you’re running out of steam.
You could be in a challenging relationship and looking for support…
Your partner has to know exactly where you are at all times and if he doesn’t—or something doesn’t feel quite “right”—he’ll come unglued. It makes you feel so small and helpless to constantly be yelled at or have your decisions picked apart by this critic who is supposed to be your teammate. You don’t feel like you have a voice of your own or any control over your plans… let alone your life.
Or maybe you’re ready to heal familial relationships…
You thought you were “over it” or had moved on, but it’s hard to forget some of the hurts from your childhood. Sometimes you wonder if this is why you don’t feel good enough in your role as a mother or a wife. Or maybe you had a wonderful upbringing with healthy relationships—so why do they all feel so hard now?
You’re ready—and eager—to find the type of relationships you’ve always wanted and get back in touch with who you really are.
It’s time to look at relationships in a new way.
How it works
One of the first things we’ll do together is take a close look at how your family shaped your relationships and how you see yourself today. We’ll dig into those early dynamics—how your parents showed love, handled conflict, or if they were emotionally distant. Understanding these patterns is key to uncovering what’s helping you and what might be holding you back. By healing the parts of you that didn’t get what they needed in childhood, you can strengthen your ability to be more confident, self-compassionate, and trust your own decisions.
Using a variety of approaches like mindfulness and inner child work, I can help you build healthier relationships and feel more connected to yourself. My goal is to give you the tools to handle life’s challenges, set boundaries, communicate openly, and embrace your authentic self.
This is also a place where you will learn and embrace forgiveness. That doesn’t mean condoning poor behaviors or staying in a toxic relationship. Forgiveness means giving yourself the freedom to let go and move on with your life—no longer letting these difficult experiences rob you of your peace and joy in the present moment.
I recognize that relationships are complicated—with friends, family, or spouses. I will hold grace and compassion for all that you’ve been through and dedicate myself to helping you create a future that’s very different from your past. By showing up here you’ve taken a brave and admirable step toward building the kind of relationships that are meaningful, fulfilling, and beautiful.
